Paula Donnelly Counseling PLLC

About Me
Counseling. Coaching. Consultation.
I earned my Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of North Texas and have over 20 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, educational concerns, depression, anxiety, relationship/family conflicts, grief and loss, parenting issues including being a Parenting with Love and Logic facilitator, life transitions, abuse, trauma, and crisis counseling. I believe in tapping into a client’s strengths to help build lasting coping skills and strategies.

I provide remote therapy for children, teens, and adults with an integration of person-centered, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. My role is to assist you in reaching whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing non-judgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey, whatever form it may take. We will work together to identify the origins of maladaptive or problematic patterns of behaviors and/or beliefs to confront and replace them, develop effective coping skills, set healthy boundaries, improve decision making skills, and implement positive lifestyle choices.

Clients should gain a better understanding of self, strategies for overcoming obstacles in life, and a sense of hope for the future. My role is to assist you in reaching whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing non-judgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey.
